I'm using amfphp since early stages, not on a php developer perspective, but more as a flash/flex developer. I used it for drupal integration of flash dynamic content too. And now that i work mainly on flex projects, with loads of data and webservices, i'm very happy to see that your project follows me in my evolution... ;-) The only point that scares me a bit in your presentation, is the amount of code the flashbuilder php wizards pastes in the views, and the amount of refactoring that will be necessary to follow a minimal separation of conceirns (i mean like using a mvc pattern on flex side) But i can imagine that it's just a matter of method to go from your examples to a clean flex mvc coding form...
